SafeTennis begins the work together in Oslo.
Representatives from all six beneficiary organisations met in Oslo to align the first phase of a 36-month effort to strengthen safeguarding across European tennis.

The meeting, hosted by project coordinator Collective Innovation AS, brought together 12 participants from Norway, Romania, Türkiye, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Hungary.
Partners reviewed the approved work plan and clarified how research, practical training, policy development and dissemination will connect. The Hague University of Applied Sciences presented the research and needs-assessment process, including the requirement for appropriate ethical clearance before sensitive data collection.
A shared identity and a shared direction
The consortium also accepted the SafeTennis visual identity for future project communication. Its central idea — a tennis ball held by protective hands — reflects the responsibility shared by everyone around the game.
The first meeting established the working relationships needed for the next stages. Public resources and verified project updates will be published on this website as they are completed and approved.
